Prof. Keith Krause is Professor of International Politics at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, and Director of its Centre on Conflict, Development and Peacebuilding (CCDP). He is also the founder and Programme Director of the Small Arms Survey project, and has jointly edited its annual yearbook since 2001. His current research interests are concentrated in three areas: the nature of contemporary political violence; the emergence of transnational state and non-state action to combat small arms and light weapons proliferation; and state-formation and insecurity in the post-colonial world. Keith Krause is responsible for oversight of the project.

Prof. Andrew Clapham is Professor of Public International Law at the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva and the Director of the new Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. He teaches international human rights law and public international law. Prior to coming to the Institute in 1997 he was the Representative of Amnesty International at the United Nations in New York. Andrew Clapham has worked as Special Adviser on Corporate Responsibility to High Commissioner for Human Rights Mary Robinson, and Adviser on International Humanitarian Law to Sergio Vieira de Mello, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General in Iraq.

Dr. Liliane Zossou holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies. Her research interests include: interactions between science, technology and weapons, arms control and disarmament law, European Security. Prior to joining the NSAG Project, she worked as a Project Coordinator and Researcher at the Biological Weapons Prevention Project (BWPP). She has been appointed Project Manager in 2006.

Mr. Juan Carlos Ochoa Sanchez is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in International Law. He holds a LL.B. with Honours from Javeriana University (Colombia) and a LL.M. from Leiden University (The Netherlands). Prior to joining the NSAG Project as a Researcher, he worked for several years on the protection of human rights in his native Colombia, as well as in the legal sections of various international organisations.
